Pam Bellis
Pam is an experienced Occupational Assessor and trained Coach and Stress Advisor. In her role as Occupational Assessor she has worked with a range of organisations supporting their recruitment and learning and development requirements. Pam also works with individuals who are been exploring their own development needs both at personal and career level. Through mentoring has enabled others, especially in the voluntary sector, to have the confidence to achieve goals they had previously ‘shied away’ from thinking they were impossible for them. Pam's background has involved working with people in a variety of contexts and at various levels within organisations, both in commercial and voluntary sectors, often on a very confidential basis. As a member of the British Psychological Society clients have added assurance that any dealings, be it between organisations or individuals, are to high confidential and ethical standards. Pam is an Ordained Local (Auxillary) Minsiter in the Church of Scotland and Hospital Chaplain for the Presbytery. Her roles entail not only leading worship but visitng people in home and hospital situations for example; being with people at important moments of their lives such as weddings, Baptisms and funerals. She has been Moderator of Presbytery as well as Interim Moderator and Locum in Charges when they are looking for a new Minister.
